My 1994 volkswagen jetta gl 2.0 won't crank in the morning time especially when it is cold.When it eventually crank it will jerk for a good while before it starts driving normal.After the rain yesterday,it would not crank at all.When I try to start it I can smell gas.Somebody said that the gas is flooding.I did a tune up lately,I put a new fuel filter but nothing to do.I also noticed that the the gas emties a little bit quicker now.
