Some do.
Use an Adapter Plug & it will work. Save the Factory Wires.
Use the Metra # 70-1817 & be sure you Power Up the BLUE wire on the Black Plug.
Adapter Plug should be Color for Color on your New Unit.

Blank Spot on Black Plug?? Unusual........You will have to Splce the AMP wire, Power Antenna wire or Ignition wire into the Factory wire that goes to the Blank Spot.
It needs 12 Volts + to Turn ON

Be sure you have the Unit properly GROUNDED

Reply to Lurch's Post: the blank is on the factory plug so blue wire on new harness has nothing to go to on the factory plug. is there a way to verify if an amp is present or not. the remote wire on the new harness is white with blue stripe and it mates up to a green wire on the factory plug.

Black Plug shhould be wired:
PINs as veiwed from Front of Plug with slot tang on your left:

1 = Right Rear Negative
2 = Left Rear Negative
3 = Right Front Speaker +
4 = Left Front Speaker +
5 = Right Rear Speaker +
6 = Left Rear Speaker +
7 = AMP Turn On+

This is for the 2 Plug, 7 PINs on each.
Is this what you have?
The Green Wire is for Speaker if so

Reply to Lurch's Post: the wires are as you stated but there is no remote wire it is blank (no wire). I did pull the rear pasenger speaker and found six wires going to it. there is some sort of electronix attached to the speaker. this is a component set as there is a tweeter for each rear speaker. I did not see any infinity label on the radio. this system does have a four disc changer below the ac/heat controls but does not say infinity on it. I have tried to remove my front door panel but can not seem to get it removed to see if it is same as rear. I will gladly pay for your time to solve this problem as I see some pay a bonus for service. ps: speakers do say infinity on the ones I can see. thank you for your help.
