I have a 1990 Ford Aerostar van that I just replaced the drum brakes , wheel cylinder & brakeline on but the right back passenger wheels continues to lock up after about a week of driving. If I put it in reverse it will loosen it and allow me to go forward but eventually within a week it locks back up. I have taken the pads off & put them back on again twice but it continues this behavior. Does anyone have any suggestions to why this is happening & how can I repair it??????

Optional Information:
1990 Ford Aerostar 3.0

Already Tried:
taking off the brake pads & putting them back on twice
