i have a 1992 astro van the battery is draining when i cut ...

i have a 1992 astro van the battery is draining when i cut van off it wont start back up i took alternater to be tested it pass the test and change the battery it steal drain battery down if alternater is good battery good what else can i check to get to the problem. i need help with problem thank you.
