my 93 dodge van will spitter and sputter after driving for ...

my 93 dodge van will spitter and sputter after driving for a short term...i put fuel injector cleaner and sometimes it will fix the problem short term...it seems to be starving for fuel, other times the van runs great..any suggestions.
