Misfire Engine Code P0300 3.0 Liter Mazda MPV Van 1998

I have a 1998 mazda mpv 2wd van with a 3.0 liter v-6 singal overhead seting a misfire code P0300 ignition switch and distriutor have been repaced.it only seems to set the check engine light after the engine has wormed up.can you please advise me on this.milage is 89821.thanks.

Already Tried:
Replaced Distributor, and ignition switch
