I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan Sport Van. My gages on the dash board stopped working but the rest of the van seems fine. What can it be?

Already Tried:
looked in manual for fuses checked with a tire repair guy who says it might be the whole cluster. Someone said i just need to changa a fuse. Another, run diagnostic scanner on van computer. I'm a single mom so I really don't have the money for that right now.
