I have a 1999 Chrysler Town & Country LX mini van - The airbag light is on and the horn will not work. Is this an easy fix?

Chances are the clockspring in the steering column is bad.I think it's easy but it will depend on your skill level and the amount of tools you have if it would be easy for you.
