have a 98 grandvoyager 3.3 liter will not start, turn key dont hear fuelpump, starter nothing. Last summer was having issues when it rain, van would not start unless hood was up and had time to dryout, not sure if this is related or not. what electrical issues could be causing this, neutral safety switch has been mentioned i dont know please help thank you.
