When attempting to start my 1994 Chevy Astro van I get nothing but a hum from underneath the hood... no start up nothing but the hum... then that stops after about 10 seconds... after about 20 attempts to start the van it starts up... what might be the problem and how might I repair it? Oh, the battery is not the problem..
