I have a 89 Chevy Van G20 with a V8 before I did a tune up the van started. After the plugs, cap, and wires were changed it backfired and would not stay running. I believe that I have the firing order mixed up. I know that the number 1 is by the fan front driver side and number 8 is the back passanger by the firewall. I need to know what the firing order is and do you have a pic to show me the firing order from the motor to the cap and a diagram from the plug wires to the cap? I know that where number 1 is by taking out the plug and tapping ignition until the compression is up.
