i have a 1987 dodge van b250.i've replaced the alternator & voltage regulater twice in the last 2 years.i hear what sounds like a relay cattering under the hood, but can never get to it quick enough to locate it.the dash lights seem to dim and brighten.any ideas?thanks in advance.
