How many miles on the truck?

Is the 8th digit of the VIN a W or a Z?

How did you confirm fuel at the engine?

There appears to be a relief valve on the line close to the engine. I depressed the valve and fuel came out.

There are 130,000 miles on the van

The 8th digit if the VIN is a "W"

You need a little more accuracy than that. That motor is very fussy about fuel pressure and needs to have somewhere in the high 50s to run right.

When you check spark, make sure you test it at the spark plug end of the wire.

I checked the fuel at the fuel filter, and turned the engine over several times and no fuel came out. Is there a fuse or relay switch that could cause this to happen?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

It's most likely a bad fuel pump. Use a testlight to see if your getting power at the gray wire going to the pump. It should show power for only the first 2 seconds when the key is turned on so you will need 2 people to test it.
