I have a 1994 Ford Van E-150 Club Waggon-- when I'm ...

I have a 1994 Ford Van E-150 Club Waggon-- when I'm driving under a load(not coasting ,but with my foot on the gas pedal-regular pressing the pedal--Not hard--) once in a while-2-5 minutes- there's a "skill of a heart beat " feeling in the engine-- I've replace the wires-plugs-cap- button- Any Idea's??? (maybe the Coil-fuel Filter??? ---Thanks Roy
