where is the fuel pump relay on the 1994 dodge ram van ?

The van acts like it's out of gas, I had it towed home and then it started right up. Will a fuel pump relay cause intermittent problems? I just put 25 gallons of gas in it two days ago, so we don't really want to pull the tank. However, there is no sound of the fuel pump when the key is on -- but other times there is. a fuel filter problem would not keep the pump from starting up, so we figure it should be time to replace the relays. (Original equipment is still on it). 153,000 miles so far
