purchased an 89' chevy V8 sports van recently and the ignition has been rewired with a toggle switch because it had been previously stolen. the problem now is that when i turn on the headlights the engine will completly die out and not restart unless the headlight switch is shut off. what's going on with this and how can i fix the problem?
