I have a 95 Astro van that will not start when it raining ...

I have a 95 Astro van that will not start when it raining or wet outside if it has been sitting. No matter what I do, the van just will not start until it dries up. It seems that something is getting wet and won't allow the car to start. I can't figure out what, though. I changed the ditributor cap thinking that it might be cracked or something, but it did not solve the problem. What could it be?

Your plug wires first if no help Change your ignition coil,if they draw moisture your car won't start for love nor money....
