My van will not start and when is does it only runs a little while then dies. Here are all the things we've done. Replaced the fuel filter, checked the fuel pump and it's working. We have replaced the map and oxygen sensors. One of the fuel injectors seemed to not be working, so we replaced it. After all this my son realized the emc fuse was blown, good news, no. He replaced it and it blew again. This morning he got up and replaced the computer but as soon as he tried to start it, the fuse blew again. My great mechanical husband passes away in June and this truck is our only source of income. (carpet cleaning) It's a 1988 GMC 3/4 ton 2500 305.
