the cigarette lighter and other oulets in my 1999 astro van stopped working. the fuses are all good, both under the dashboard and under the hood. Do yo have any idea what it could be?

the cigarette lighter as well as the two other utility outlets do not work. i have checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood, all are good. this is a 1999 chevy astro van. please help

then you need to check power at the lighter either open power (orange ) OR BAD GROUND ON BLACK
