My 2000 plymoth voyager's oil light keeps on ...

My 2000 plymoth voyager's oil light keeps on blinking and coming on! We saw that the oil light was low yesterday so we took it in today to get an oil change and it is still doing it today what could it be?! It only happens when the van stops not when we go only when we stop and press the brakes!
