I have a 1996 ford e150 conversion van that has an intermittent buzzing noise coming from the driver's side dash area. It sounds like it is coming from the very lefthand corner next to the windshield. It only happens when moving and seems to be more prevalent at high speeds. It does not go away if I press on dash so I dont believe it is vibration. Possibly in instrument panel, but not sure what else is in that area. Does anyone know if this is a common problem or what it most likely would be?

Optional Information:
1996 Ford E150 5.4L V8

Already Tried:
in process of removing instrument panel but since noise only occurs when moving will be hard to pinpoint problem I assume.

Check under the hood where the plastic pieces under the windshield are attached. It there is a gap there, it will cause the buzzing noise you are hearing. We open it up and place a small bead of silicone there and place the clips back in place.
