SQUEALING VAN

HELP!!!!! my van squeals and it is driving me crazzzzzzyyyyyyyy my husband replaced the bearings the belt and 1 of the pulleys it only squeals when going slow or idling and when it gets wet what could be wrong please help me before i pull all of my hair out and kill him

YES, I KNOW HE REPLACED 1 OF THEM AND THE BEARINGS AND IT WAS QUIET UNTIL I WASHED THE DARN THING AND KNOW IT IS SQUEALING AGAIN
