You want to check if your fuel pump is working. It may be that the fuel pump shut off when it get hot. Once it turns off have someone listen in the back to see if they can hear the pump come on. Also you can spray some carb cleaner inside the intake manifold when the car does not want to start. When you spray it try to start the car, if it starts right up you have a fuel pump problem. Otherwise check out your crank and cam position sensors as they tend to have the same symptoms.

ok i got it hot again and just as before, it shut off, I heard the whizz of the fuel pump when I turned the key and after trying to crank still heard the fuel pump, but now it acts like the timing is of even though I know it isnt it wants to surge if I keep trying to start it, so I know I have to leave it alone, after cooling down it starts and runs fine, warm, same problem, fuel pump still running, please help, whats next, and shouldnt a fuel pump givin a trouble code too, Im still thinking ECM

a crank sensor, what does that have to do with engine temporature, the engine is cold now, starts fine runs fine, no codes,
i just turned it off, started back up, turned off several times, it is running fine but I wont leave my driveway, I know that warmth is my problem, those tests you recommend will require some time for me to perform, wish me luck

I agree with you, thats why I replaced the coil which was not easy because it was a simple replace, I had to drill out 2 rivets and reuse the housing and bolt the new coil into the old housing, the whole time I was wondering why, but was successful, I was thinking that i dont get spark at high temp, the coil is mounted to the intake manifold, where are these other sensors you speak of, or should i check for spark first
