95 Chevy Van No code or light, Vehical not responding, only ...

95 Chevy Van No code or light, Vehical not responding, only getting 8.2 volts dc to new feul pump, new ECMB module, new filter, 11.8 v to ECMB, 11.8 to feul injectors, down to 8.9 v when ignition is turning over. No feul, Is there something I'm missing, how do I check the wiring?

1995 Chevrolet G-30

Already Tried:
New feul pump, new filter, new ECMB Module, checked and checked wiring, still can't find the problem The vehicle is not getting feul.

It has the 5.7 liter v-8

Appears to have good connections at the battery, The smaller wires at the firewall terminals are reading 12.8 v also.

Yes it runs on ether fine.

OK, there might be a bad fuel pump relay there. Or the connection at the oil pressure switch. You may want to try jumping the relay and or ooil pressure switch to see if that will give you the proper voltage to the fuel pump. Here is a diagram of the system.

Jumping the feul pump relay does make the pump un and plenty of feul but the throttle body injectors are'nt giving me feul now.

Not aware of any security system, no lights. I get 12.2 v from injector to alternate ground, 11.8 v w/ both leads on injector and 8.9 with the starter engaged

My digital tester doesnt react quick enough, but the voltage does fluctuate just not measurably

All this started just after a heavy freeze,If I find that I do have a pulse at the the injectors could they just be plugged?
