Sent to Car Experts April 15 08:08 PM

My ford f-150 truck has a great deal of trouble starting after it snows or rains. I think it is the EEC but don't know and need infor on it's position and also the it begins to mis-fire when it is under a load and at 55mph and above

The problem is in the secondary ignition. I would replace the plugs, wires and cap and rotor if it has them.  It is possible to have a bad coil but make sure the rest of the stuff is good first.
