1996 dodge ram pick-up 2x4 5.2. engine starts but won't idol. no set pattern to problem. the following have all been replaced; plugs,distributor cap,rotor,plug wires,ignition coil. It appears to happen usually after the truck has sat for 8-10hrs. Thinking pcm or idol air control valve. have'nt found any vacuum leaks nor do i believe its the fuel pump. HELP! i'm exhausted

hello...wow, you have done alot.... I would go with your feeling and test or replace the IAC motor.... its 11 years old and seen its share of carbon... let me know....I will not hit answer until we solve it.... tony
