What model truck and engine size.The injectors are fires in pairs on most of those.I can't tell you what wires to check without knowing that info.It will come down to a shorted injector,bad wire or the computer is bad.

If you are certain the wiring is good and #2 or #4 injector isn't shorted the engine computer is bad.The injectors on your truck are fired in pairs 1 and 3 are together and 2 and 4 are together.The signal to the computer comes from the same place for all 4 injectors.
