How do i correct a Map sensor high voltage code on my 88 chevy?

A trouble code for MAP voltage too high and a rough idle on my 88 chevy van. A new MAP sensor did not correct the issue and all vacuum hoses are 100% OK. How can I correct this? Also performed a tune up and TBI rebuild.

Optional Information:
1988 Chevrolet G30 "K" 350 tbi

Already Tried:
tune up, chk hoses ,clear codes, rebuit TBI

has anybody ck the actual vacuum of your engine?
and did anybody cked the signal of the map sensor
at the pcm?

No, I can chk. At what port should I? at the map sensor?Is the PCM the same as a ECM? Do I check it in code read mode or running ? Which leads and what are correct values ?
