HOw do I change the fan clutch in a 1999 Dodge Dakota ...

HOw do I change the fan clutch in a 1999 Dodge Dakota Sport? My engine fan keeps running and I have been told that I need to change the fan clutch, the faster I go the faster the fan runs and sounds like an airplane when the truck is running, what can I do to fix this?
