Why does my 1996 Cevy full size truck run hot?

I recently changed the thermostat, but ti still runs warmer than normal, especially in city traffic and lots of idling.

 

Optional Information:
1996 Chevrolet silverado 5.7 liter, 350

Already Tried:
changing thermostat, checked anti-freeze

If your problems are worse at the lower speeds, the changine the fan clutch would probabbly help that condition. If your still having problems at highway speeds and you have verified that the system is fulll of coolant, then you would be looking at a radiator.

Reply to Hammer Time's Post: I had the radiator replaced about 2 years ago, I don't think that is the problem. How do I check to be sure it ccould be the fan clutch?
