Sent to Car Experts August 13, 2004 3:30 p.m.

I have replaced the battery and cables, and the truck is still not getting any electricity. It is a 1997 Chevy Truck C1500 silverado, 5.7 350 2 wd. Can you give me other ideas as to what might be wrong?

We all need a lot more info in order to help. Please answer these questions: What was wrong with the truck before? Did you replace the cables or the cable connectors ? Are any lights or other components working? Does the starter turn over? Did you connect the battery correctly and clean and tighten the ground securely?
