Hi,i have a 1985 Chevy C-10 truck with a 4.3 V-6 engine ...

Hi,i have a 1985 Chevy C-10 truck with a 4.3 V-6 engine VIN code N with a non-computer controlled carb.The truck will not start.The engine cranks.There is power to the bat. terminal of the H.E.I.There is no spark to the plugs.The cap,rotor,and module were replaced.The ignition coil checked out good at parts store,i also took module back to Napa and it checked out good.The distributor does turn.The truck would sometimes start and run good and sometimes it would not until about a week ago.The pick up coil was checked out by a guy that lives near by with some kind of meter and he thiks it's good.I am no mechanic.There are two wires together to HEI. Thank You for any help.
