Dodge truck guages not working

all of my guages in my dash (spedometer, tach, fuel, temp, ect) are not working and all of my lights in the dash are on ( seatbelt engine, Tranny, washer fluid, ect. what is the problem it is on a 2001 dodge truck 3/4 ton v-10
