i have a 2002 suzuki sv650s that sat up for 5 months and would not start. guy at the motorcycle dealership told me to buy stp carb ??? and pour into the tank with some new gas. i did this and the bike started and ran for about 15 minutes. just as i was putting the seat, etc. back on the bike, it stopped and i am unable to get it started again. what can i do that want cost me a fortune. a guy at another motorcycle dealership says i need to take the carb apart and do $400.00 to $600.00 worth of stuff to it.
