1990 subaru legacy starts&dies 6-7 times befor it stays running Step on the gas it dies unless warmed up Hesitates going down highway like it is not getting gas. Any suggestions?

Already Tried:
Disconnected Exhaust, No change,Cleaned throttlebody,Replaced PCV.Checked spark&spark plugs,OK.

Have you changed the fuel filter? It does sound like you are loosing fuel pressure. I would have the fuel pressure checked wit a mechanical fuel gauge to see if it is dropping when the problem arises. The easy quick thing to do is replace the fuel filter to see if that is the cause. If the filter is plugged it will not allow the correct amount of fuel through.
