92 eagil talon 2.0 l turbo changing timing belt. exhaust camshaft has moved acouple of degrees i cannot move back and cant line up crankshaft sprocket.help please

Do not muscle up. More than likely what is happening is the valves are hitting the oistons. Remove the spark plugs and look down through the holes. Yuo will want to turn the crankshaft in the direction that will take all of the piston about half way in the cylinders. Once the pistons are half way you will be able to move the cams and the valves will not hit the pistons. As long as you did not pull to hard on the cam you should be ok. If you plled to hard the valves may already be bent. If while turning the crankshaft it stops and gets hard again you may need to go the other way.

crank shaft cw only ?? i tried and thats when it stuck. if i align like you said. then i should be able to move all my timing marks and the reinstall belt. correct.

yes once the piston are in the center of the cylinders you will be able set your camshafts to the marks and then rotate the crank to the mark and install your belt.
