Dodge neon spark plug blew out

My 2000 Dodge Neon. The number 3 cylinder the Spark plug blew out of the threads in the head and ripped the plug wire. Noe the threads are gone and can’t replace the Spark plug. Any quick fixes beside dismantling the engine to the head and replacing the head? Thanks
