My 89 honda civic doesn't start. It is getting fuel but doesn't turn over.
I know it's not getting any spark to the spark plugs.
What could it be?

Optional Information:
1989 Honda civic 2.0

Already Tried:
turning car over while holding spark plug wire to top of valve cover to see if any spark.
