how do you remove the spark plug tube from a 95 toyota tacoma 4wd v6

i need to put a hela coil in a 95 toyota tacoma v6 4wd i cant remove the plug tube so i can fit the tap in the hole im so lost i would need to know this information asap im deploying to afganistan in 1 month thank you zack
