Diagnosis and Testing Section, along with the
General Information section. The info applies to the Park Avenue engine even though the site doesn't specifically state "Park Avenue".
Assuming that you have tried replacing or swapping the spark plug
wire for #2, the next step might be to install a new ignition module.
The ignition module is the "base" to which all the coils are attached.

On this type of ignition system, each coil fires 2 plugs at the same
time (both paired cylinders are fired near top dead center, one is on
compression stroke and one is on exhaust). So if you really have spark
on all the other cylinders, it rules out the coil and module since they
have to be working fine in order to fire #5 (the cylinder paired with
#2 on the same coil). That means that if your description is accurate,
the only faulty components could be the #2 spark plug wire or #2 spark
plug. Here is a picture of a typical spark tester that could be
duplicated at home with a spark plug and a wire or clamp to ground it.

Note that the troubleshooting flowchart above points to the fuel
injector under certain conditions, and a single failed injector could
result in a single cylinder misfire.
I hope this info helps you.
