the spark plug in cylinder keeps getting dirty with oil

THE SPARK PLUG IN CYLINDER # 2 KEEPS GETTING DIRTY WITH OIL AND IS SPITTING LOTS OF BLUE SMOKE WHEN I FLOOR IT , THIS IS ON MY 1999 JETTA GLX VR6

Already Tried:
thicker oil, changed spark plugs and wires and took it to a couple of shops around here but they won't mess with it...
