i have a 2008 saturn vue xe, i was wondering if the stock headunit has preamp inputs or not? im hooking up an amplifeir

There are no outputs or inputs like you are looking for. Your best bet will be a line converter. This will tap into an existing speaker wire and allow for a rca line out connection. Here is one like I am speaking of.
