Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy), Really depends on the type of problem. Did something happen after jump starting the car? There is a bulletin on this. Does the car have electric power steering or regular fluid pressure controlled type? If you can give me some symptoms, I can send you the GM trouble trees for testing the system. Some of the system tests need to be done with pressure gages. Some of them need to be done with a class 2 scanner. Are there any trouble codes stored in the system? Give me as much information as you can and I will be happy to assist as much as possible. Thanks, Bob
