Stalling Saturn LS2

I have a 2000 Saturn LS2 that's been stalling the past few months. Every time I drive it for more than 10 miles at a time or the temperature outside is warm, it stalls within minutes. I've had several diagnostic tests done at my dealer and at several mechanic shops, but no codes come up. I've been told that as long as there are no "Check Engine" lights on, it's impossible to find what's causing the car to die out or stall.
