i replaced a 96 saturn sc2 motor with a 95 sc1 motor. The 95 ran before i put it in but now i cannot get it running. it will turn over but will not start. replaced fuel filter and pump and checked the vacuum lines. is there anyone who can help me try to figure this problem out. thank you

1996 Saturn sc2 1.9 ltr

Already Tried:
checking fuel lines pump and filter, vacuum lines, o2 sensor, changing out the parts that were on the 95 saturn which was running when we put the motor in the 96 saturn

The SC1 single cam engine and the SC2 dual cam engine use different computerswith different software programming, and different wiring harnesses; were they swapped as well?
