96 saturn sl2 overheating

I have a 96 saturn sl2. i just replaced the thermostat, the water pump and flushed the radiator because my car starting overheating with the fan on and the coolant in there. it still overheats. he takes it about 10 minutes to overheat when im sitting still. but as soon as i take off my car goes up quickly all the way to the red. and the water bubbles through the resovoir. my motor does't get hot. just the coolant. and also when i put coolant in the car and start the car it bubbles through the resovoir while the car starts. could you help me to find out what the problem is.

1996 Saturn sl2 1.9 dohc

Already Tried:
replacing the water pump, the thermostat and flushing the block and radiator. and my fan works
