I have a 99 saturn SL1 that has an electrical problem. It won't start, when you turn the key you get no juice going to the starter. The battery, starter, and fuses have been checked and are ok. When checking the fuses I noticed that the lighter, the chime, the radio, and the door locks were getting no juice, but the head lights, the signals, the flashers, and the windows worked fine. I was wondering if there was something in the wire between the battery and problem areas that they have in common & is the cause.

Optional Information:
1999 Saturn SL1 4 cyl

Already Tried:
checked fuses, battery starter. all ok
