My 1997 Saturn SW2 shuts off sometimes for no reason.

My 1997 Saturn SW2 shuts off sometimes for no reason. It acts like "GOD" turned the key off. Sometimes it will recrank. Sometimes it doesn't. No DTC's or Service Engine light. Can anyone help?
