I had a flat on the right rear of 1992 saturn. I changed the tire, but, the tire wont turn. It is like something is locked. The other three wheels turn, only the right rear wont turn. What to do?

Check to make sure that the emergency brake is not on or locked up. Remove the wheel and check to make sure that the brake shoes have not siezed up. You may have a wheel cylinder that is stuck. Also make sure you have the right spare tire for your vehicle. It may be to big and the wheel is hitting the hub assembly.
