I have a 1991 Saturn SL@ that starts when it wants to. The starter turns fine, but it won't start. I let it sit for 3 days then it started and I drove it for another week. Also the heater blower doesn't work and sometimees the emergency flashers don't work. After it sat for 3 days, the flashers came on by themselves. Then it started. I pulled every fuse and circuit breaker one by one and reinserted. I checked battery cable ends. They were clean. I remade the battery ground connection to the fender. Any other ideas?
